We are delighted to share that Prof. R. N. Iyengar has been conferred the prestigious SASTRA-Mahamana Award for Excellence in Indian Knowledge Systems by SASTRA Deemed University on 28-Feb-2026.
The award recognizes his outstanding contributions in integrating traditional Indian knowledge with modern research. Prof. Iyengar’s work has been a pioneering bridge between classical textual traditions and contemporary scientific inquiry, and this honor is a fitting acknowledgement of his lifelong scholarship.
